Welcome to Qualia ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

Data We Collect

The App collects and stores the following data locally on your device:

• Journal entries (text content, date, time)
• Weather and mood selections
• Location tags you enter
• Photos you attach to entries
• App preferences (theme, language, reminder settings)

We do NOT collect any personal identification information, and we do NOT transmit any of your data to external servers.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your journal entries and photos never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.

If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. The only way your data leaves your device is when you:

• Export your journals (JSON, PDF, etc.)
• Share a journal entry as an image
• Manually back up your device

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your journal entries at any time
• Export: Export your data in multiple formats
• Delete: Delete individual entries or all data
• Portability: Export and transfer your data freely
